This summer Cindy Billingsley had two public installations unveiled. In May, her 7′ eagle relief, Blessed Art The Peacemakers, was installed at the Cookeville Police Department’s new building in Cookeville, TN. In mid-July, her 6′ Buzzy Hornet was unveiled at Shenandoah University. The hornet is the Winchester, VA school’s mascot.
