Mesa Verde Foundations’ fourth Rims to Ruins will be on view at Saks Galleries in Denver, CO from November 1st – 19th.  Visitors will experience Mesa Verde National Park and the landscape of southern Colorado through the interpretation of over thirty artists.  Among the artists are sculptors George Bumann, Barry Eisenach, Veryl Goodnight, Steve Kestrel, Walter Matia, and Kent Ullberg.  The Mesa Verde Foundation will host a panel discussion on “Everything You Want to Know about Collecting Western Art but were Afraid to Ask” and a reception at Saks Galleries on November 4^th and 5^th respectively.  All proceeds will benefit the Mesa Verde Foundation and Mesa Verde National Park.

The Coors Western Art Exhibit & Sale opens on January 3, 2017 with a red-carpet reception.  One of the finest exhibitions of contemporary realism of the Western United States, the exhibit features an eclectic mix of styles and mediums.  Tony Angell, George Bumann, Kenneth Bunn, Dan Chen, Tony Hochstetler, T.D. Kelsey, Steve Kestrel, Walter Matia, Tim Shinabarger, Pati Stajcar, Kent Ullberg, and Rod Zullo are among the sixty-six artists selected for the exhibition, which is organized and produced by the National Western Stock Show.  Proceeds from the exhibition and other events will benefit the National Western Scholarship Trust, which provides college financial support to the next generation of agribusiness and rural medical leaders.
